Chromeo

CHROMEO is an electrofunk duo based out of Montreal, Canada. Comprised of P-Thugg on keyboards, synthesizers, and talk box and Dave 1 on guitar and lead vocals, the two childhood friends jokingly describe themselves as ‘the only successful Arab/Jewish partnership since the dawn of human culture.’ And boy are they successful. Their second album, Fancy Footwork has topped the charts and is widely loved by anyone who can appreciate a good synthesizer. My personal favorite songs are Fancy Footwork, Tenderoni, and Bonafide Lovin. These two put on quite an amazing show, I’ve seen them at Lollapalooza in Chicago and Monolith Festival at Red Rocks and its really a spectacle to see that their sythesizers and keyboards have ladies legs instead of regular instrument legs. And its even funnier when they stand behind them and it looks like they have beautiful, glowing ladies legs instead of their own.
